The company's operations are based on the Swedish Companies Act, the Annual Accounts Act and other relevant laws and regulations. The Swedish Code of Corporate Governance ("the Code") does not currently need to be applied by companies whose shares are not traded on a regulated market and thus the Code is not mandatory for Bluelake Mineral. The Company's Board of Directors will, however, carefully follow the practice developed for the Code and intends to apply the Code in the parts that can be considered relevant to Bluelake Mineral and its shareholders.
